In order to help better plan the details of your visit…

    Weekly rates (Sunday to Sunday).

    We do not offer daily housekeeping. However, towels and linens are provided.

    Early departures are not eligible for a rebate.

    To guarantee your reservation, a non-refundable deposit equal to half the total amount of the booking is required. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

    Check in: 3 PM / Check out: 10:30 AM

    We accept checks, traveler’s checks and cash for deposits and balances due. A credit card number is required, and kept on file, for security.

    We will do our best to re-rent the unit in the event of a cancellation. Unfortunately, unless we are able to re-rent the room, the deposit will be forfeited.

    The Seaward is non-smoking; A $500 fee will be charged for non-compliance.

    Are you thinking of bringing a pet? Please contact me. My biggest concerns with pets are: 1. the peace and quiet for other guests (ie. he/she is not a big barker) and, 2. cleanliness. I do ask folks traveling with pets to cover any furniture where he/she may sit or sleep.There is a $50 weekly pet fee and, of course, you are financially responsible for any unexpected damages caused by your four legged friend. If you are comfortable with these caveats, I will be most inclined to welcome you all to The Seaward.
